Hi, I’m Tori. I recently moved to Ticonderoga from Vermont, and I’ve always believed that the best way to settle into a new community is to roll up your sleeves and get to work. Back in Vermont, I successfully owned and operated my own concierge business, where I learned firsthand that the difference between a "good" job and a "great" one is consistency. The Professional Edge When I arrived in Ti, I spent some time looking for a role that matched my professional background in quality systems. When I couldn't find a position that quite fit, I decided to take my "nerdy" love for checklists and my years of business experience and build something of my own right here. I noticed that while our local lakeside retreats and cabins are beautiful, many homeowners struggle to find help that is both professional and highly communicative. I knew I could bridge that gap. At Lakeside Reset, we don’t "wing it." We follow a specific plan for every property, and we send you a digital Audit Report with photos after every visit. It’s the same standard of excellence I’ve provided for years, updated for the modern homeowner. Building a Life in Ti I’m not just passing through; I’m building my life here in the North Country. Because I’m committed to this community, we started the Community Reset program. Every month, we provide a free 2-hour cleaning for a local senior, a single parent, or a neighbor with a disability.
